UPDATE: Amber Alert cancelled for teenage girl

ORANGE BEACH, Ala. (WTVQ)- An amber alert has been cancelled for missing 16-year-old Lauryn Sizemore.

Authorities say Sizemore was located in Orange Beach, Alabama, with Glenn Harper. They say Harper has been detained.

DAWSON SPRINGS, Ky. (WTVQ) — An amber alert has been issued for Lauryn Sizemore, a missing 16-year-old from Dawson Springs.

Police say she is 4’8″ tall and 130 pounds. She was noticed missing from her home around 9:30 Saturday morning.

Police believe she is with her step-grandfather, 56-year-old Glenn Eugene Harper.

They say he is driving a maroon 2004 Hyundai Sonata with KY temporary tag #9555994.

According to police, Harper told a friend he was heading to Texas, where his father and brother live.

Anyone with information is asked to call police immediately.
