Accused Louisa bank robber arrested in Ohio

JEFFERSON, OH (WTVQ) – A man accused of robbing a bank in Louisa earlier this month has been arrested in Jefferson, Ohio, according to a post on the Louisa Police Facebook page.

The social media post by police says 33-year old Seth Frank, of Louisa, passed a threatening note to an employee at Citizen Bank of Kentucky in the Louisa Plaza on June 10, 2021.  Police say he got away with cash.

Police say they found Frank’s getaway car shortly after the bank robbery following tips from the public.

Based on evidence at the bank and found in the car, an arrest warrant was issued for Frank, according to Louisa Police.

When Frank is returned to Kentucky, he’ll be taken to the Big Sandy Detention Center, according to police.
