Wet roads cause dozens of wrecks
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Weather is to blame for a number of wrecks in Central Ky.
A portion of I-64 in Montgomery County was closed for hours because of numerous accidents near mile marker 105.
Officials say snow was the cause.
In Breathitt County emergency management warned drivers to be cautious after multiple collisions.
The Clark County Fire Department say they also responded to a number of wrecks because of the wet roads.
A tractor trailer ran off the side of the road on I-64 WB at MM 96.
A Trooper was involved in an accident on I-75 at MM 105 in Fayette County. Lexington Police say no one was injured.
