Traffic Alert: Part of KY 223 in Knox County to close

MANCHESTER, Ky. (KYTC) – A portion of KY 223 in Knox County at mile points 14.8 – 15.1 will be closed Monday, October 12 at 7:30 a.m. and concluding Friday, November 6 at 5:30 p.m.
The road closure is necessary to allow contractors to perform slide repairs.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet asks motorists to be aware of the work zone, expected long delays and to utilize safe driving habits when traveling through the area.

The date, time, and duration of work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.
