Winter Storm Warnings have also been issued for Harlan, Letcher, and Knott counties in southeastern Kentucky due to heavier snow on the ride tops.   • Sunday Commute: Snow-covered roads and slick spots are likely, especially on untreated surfaces. Travel delays should be anticipated.
