KSP investigate deadly shooting in Pike County

PIKE COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Kentucky State Police are investigating a deadly shooting in Pike County that occurred on Wednesday.

According to KSP, Troopers were called to a home on North Big Creek Road in the Sidney community.

Upon arrival, they found one man that was shot and pronounced dead at the scene.

The man killed was identified as 41-year-old William Chaney.

The investigation into what led up to this shooting is ongoing.
