Laurel County Father Arrested After Baby Found Outside Only Wearing a Diaper

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- A Laurel County Father is behind bars for wanton endangerment.

The County Sheriff says deputies arrested 32-year-old Joshua Feltner from Corbin Saturday after someone complained his four-year-old was wandering outside in 22 degree weather in just a diaper.

Deputies say when they arrived they put the toddler in a warm car then found Feltner asleep in bed. They say Feltner told them he took a Hydrocodone before going to sleep and did not realize his child was outside.

Police say the baby is okay and is currently being cared for by other relatives.
