Legislative Guide’s new profits will go toward Special Olympics Kentucky

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) — The Kentucky edition of the 2016 Guide to the Legislature will go on sale soon, and all profits from this year’s sales will go to support the Kentucky Special Olympics’ year-round health and community building programs.

Published by Hannah KLS Reports, The Guide includes contact information, biographies, and photos of every State Legislator, Congressional Delegation, and Committee assignments.

The Guide costs between $5 and $7, depending on the volume purchased, and will be available early this month.

“We’re thankful to have been chosen as the supported agency by the people at Hannah News Service,” said Special Olympics Kentucky President and CEO Trish Mazzoni, “Their contribution will be a tremendous help as we continue to help build better lives for our athletes. As an organization that really engaged the Legislature for the first time in 2015, I can see what a tremendous help the Guide would be in navigating the Capitol. I wish we’d have had a few copies last year. I recommend it to anyone who plans to connect with the Legislature in the coming session.”
