LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A second person has been arrested after a home in Lexington was shot at twice last month.
According to court documents, 19-year-old Xavier Commodore had been communicating over Snapchat with a boy who lives at the home that was shot at.
The documents say Commodore made comments about “spraying” the house until he got the money he thought someone in the home had stolen from him.
The shooting happened on Heartbrooks Lane on December 19.
Officers say a woman and a young boy were inside the home at the time the first shots were fired, but were not injured.
After they left, officers say they received another call about shots fired near the same home. When they returned, they say there was more damage to the home than before.
Another suspect, 18-year-old Aiden Carter, was arrested on January 7.
Police say Carter was also sending threatening messages about “spraying” the house because he thought he also had been robbed by someone who lived there.
