UPDATE: Detours in effect in Versailles as filming continues

US 62 and KY 286 was open Friday morning for commuters but closed around 8:30 a.m. to help assist with emergency response.

UPDATE: (2/27/19) – All downtown roads in Versailles are open this morning, according to the Versailles Police Department.

The Court Street entrance from Main Street will remain closed until filming and clean up is complete. You can access Court Street from Rosehill Ave.

VERSAILLES, Ky. (WTVQ) – More road closures will be in effect Wednesday for the filming of a movie starring Drew Barrymore.

The Versailles Police Department posted an update on Facebook Wednesday morning.

According to the post, the tentative shutdown is slated to begin sometime between 9 and 9:30 a.m. and last approximately one hour once filming starts.

Main Street from Rosehill to Elm Street will be closed.

Filming took place Tuesday in Downtown Lexington.
