20-year-old charged with stalking, threats after shots-fired call
GEORGETOWN, Ky. (WTVQ) – A 20-year-old man has been charged with stalking, terroristic threats, violating a protection order and other offenses after a shots-fired call Saturday.
At about 12:15 p.m. Saturday, Georgetown Police responded to the area of Northern Heights to a report of shots fired. Officers located numerous shell casings, confirming a shooting had occurred, the department said.
GPD’s Patrol and investigations divisions developed a suspect and located him in the area of Brookford Way.
Devon Honley was arrested without incident and charged, according to Scott County Detention Center records. In addition to the third-degree threats, first-degree stalking, and protection order, he also was charged with third-degree trafficking in controlled substance, and evidence tampering, according to jail records.
He faces a hearing at 1 p.m. Feb. 2 in district court.
