Warrants issued in guitar thefts, officers looking for suspects

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Officers in Lexington have issued arrest warrants for two men they say are involved in the theft of several guitars from four music stores.

Police say that between June 7 and June 21, 37-year old Jeremiah Hager (above,) and 35-year-old Jerason L. Banks (below,) stole nine guitars, and then later pawned them.

Officers say 6 of the guitars have been recovered.

A third man, pictured below, is believed to also be connected to the thefts.

Police are actively searching for Hager and Banks, and are asking anyone with information on their whereabouts or the identification of the third suspect, to call them at (859) 258-3600.  Anonymous tips, including photos and videos, can be submitted by texting LEXPD plus the tip to CRIMES (274637).
