2 arrested on drug charges after complaint of being passed out in car, locked in bathroom

KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Knox County Sheriff’s Office says a person has been arrested on drug charges, after deputies responded to a complaint of someone passed out in a car in Knox County.

Deputies say after making contact with the driver of the vehicle, the driver said she was tired and was waiting on a passenger who was using the restroom.

Deputies arrested and charged 44-year-old Jenny Mills after finding a bag of suspected meth in the vehicle.

After deputies spoke with the driver, they went inside and found 46-year-old Shawna Moore had locked herself inside the bathroom.
