2 accused of harboring, giving drugs to missing juvenile

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – The search for a missing teenager leads to the arrest of two people in Laurel County.

According to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office, deputies went to a home on Little County Road Wednesday in an attempt to find a 15-year-old who was reported missing.

Deputies arrested 38-year-old William Francis and 26-year-old Joy Collins at the home.

The sheriff says Francis and Collins were harboring the missing teenager and providing marijuana and alcohol.

Both are charged with unlawful transaction with a minor.
