2.7 pounds of meth, almost $19,000 seized in drug raid

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A year-long drug investigation results in drug trafficking charges

and the seizure of almost three pounds of methamphetamine and almost $20,000 in cash.

According to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department, deputies, Operation Unite and D.E.A. agents based in London searched the home of Charles Allen Chandler at 3495 KY 581 in the Tutor Key community as part of the investigation.
Agents seized 1,238 grams — 2.7 pounds — of methamphetamine, 18 grams of heroin, and $18,819 in cash, the department said.

Also charged with drug trafficking complicity were 35-year-old Ashley Johnson and 32-year-old Cory Brandon Johnson, both of Magoffin County. Finally, Jayshawn “Dro Skino” Robinson was arrested on a Michigan warrant for armed robbery.
