$1,000 reward offered in abandoned dog case
WINCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ) – A $1,000 reward is being offered to anyone who can provide information leading to an arrest and conviction of whomever left a dog in a pile of trash in Winchester.
The Clark Co. Animal Shelter says the dog was found on March 18 beside a dumpster near Almond Street and Tyler Banks Court. Despite their best efforts to care for the animal, the dog passed on the following day. The shelter doesn’t know if the dog was from the area, or if someone just abandoned the dog at the dumpster.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact the shelter directly at (859) 737-0053 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
