Man accused of trying to jump out of window with three-month-old to appear in court

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Lexington man is accused of putting his three-month-old baby in danger after he tried to jump out of a second story window while holding the infant.

According to court documents — Patrick Cannon, 23, is scheduled to be arraigned Monday.

Police say this happened during a reported dispute at a home on Trent Circle this weekend.

Cannon is charged with wanton endangerment.
