LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Coach Cal says there’s a confidence factor that has to be earned.

This group is the best yet in Lexington.  According to Cal’s wife, Ellen, there’s just something about how together they are.

Jarred Vanderbilt could return sooner than expected with his bum foot.  No surgery yet…he’s just taking it day by day.

All of the guys are just trying to adjust; to learn and grow and figure out how to win every play in practice and pickup and real games.

Cal and the staff are giving tools and advice; it’s up to the players beyond that gift.
