UPDATE: Young woman with mental disabilities from Laurel Co. found safe

UPDATE: LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Police say Gara Harp has been found and is safe.

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a missing young woman with mental disabilites.

She is 25-year-old Gara Harp. She was last seen Wednesday around 9 p.m. off American Greeting Card Road 9 miles South of London.

She’s described as 5’6″, 184 pounds with green eyes and brown shoulder length hair.
