Young man shot and killed in Richmond

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ)- One of several shootings this weekend in Central Kentucky killed a young man.

The Madison County Coroner says 21-year-old Jaicoatai Dean died at the hospital in Richmond.

Richmond police say around 3:15 Saturday morning they went to a home on Foxhaven Drive in response to a fight that lead to gunshots.

According to police, officers found Dean had been shot multiple times.

Police say they are now looking for tips and suspects.
