“You’ll be ready by the end of the year.”

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – John Calipari has asked Solid Blue fans to stand up at the end of games and cheer on the Cats to victory.

It’s not the first time he’s done it.  The NIT year, February of 2014 and again in 2016, Cal called on the fanbase.

Getting his teams to understand the “Super Bowl” mentality is the toughest part every season.

Even when hit with it in the face time and time again…his Cats can play flat.

So that’s the focus now.  With Tennessee in town Tuesday night for a 7 o’clock tip on ESPN, it’s all about playing like it’s the Super Bowl.
