YMCA hosts packing party ahead of school supply giveaway

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A packing party is underway to help students get the supplies they need this fall.

YMCA of Central Kentucky says volunteers gathered Tuesday morning to put together backpacks full of school supplies for students in need.

Organizers say the backpacks will be distributed at various locations this Saturday at their Back to School Rallies.
