WVU-Parkersburg presidential search narrowed to 12
PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (AP) — A West Virginia University at Parkersburg committee has narrowed the search for a new president to a dozen semi-finalists.
The school says the committee will review videos submitted by the candidates beginning Nov. 1. Three finalists will be chosen on Nov. 12.
A new president is expected to be named by Dec. 10.
The semi-finalists include James Conneely of Richmond, Kentucky; Catherine Gatewood-Keim of Gladstone, Michigan; Mark Kinlaw of Lumberton, North Carolina; Fletcher Lamkin of Lane Osage Beach, Missouri; Harold Nolte of Brenham, Texas; Alan Punches of Zanesville, Ohio; Alan Roberts of Fort Pierce, Florida; Paul Schreffler of Mill Creek, West Virginia; George Sehi of Lebanon, Ohio; Sid Valentine of Indian Land, South Carolina; Stephen Vacik of Colby, Kansas; and Cornelius Wooten of Indiana, Pennsylvania.
