Wreck on I-75 lands passenger in jail

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A wreck along northbound I-75 in Fayette County Monday evening landed a passenger in jail on narcotics charges, according to Lexington Police. Investigators say a car ran off the road and crashed into a tree line just past Exit 110.

Police say no one was hurt. They say the driver passed a field sobriety test, but the passenger in the vehicle was arrested for narcotics. The suspect’s name wasn’t immediately available because he hadn’t been booked yet into the Fayette County Detention Center.
