Working hard at home with Proof Fitness
Emily and April from Proof Fitness are challenging you to work hard from home! If you don’t have weights for these exercises, you can always use a gallon of milk, cans of beans, water bottles, or anything else that has some weight to it. Here are some of the exercises for a full body weight circuit:
