Women’s Group Hosts Readings And Discussions With Local Authors

A local women’s club has picked three local authors to showcase as part of their 13th annual book readings, discussion, and reception event.

The published novelists being featured are Cynthia Ellingsen, author of "Marriage Matters"; Joe Graves, author of "Cumberland Island Saves"; and David King, author of "Death In The City Of Light".

The literary event is taking place on Monday, April 29th at 1:30 pm at the Women’s Club of Central Kentucky headquarters located at 210 North Broadway in Lexington.

The event is being sponsored by PEO International- which stands for Philanthropic Educational Organization. PEO is a worldwide group of women working to provide scholarships for other women.

Proceeds from tickets sales for this event will support several of the group’s philanthropic educational programs and scholarships.
