Woman taken to hospital after being hit by train
LAWRENCE COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — A woman is in the hospital after being hit by a train in Eastern Kentucky.
According to Louisa Police, the woman was hit around 2:45 Wednesday afternoon in the Jackson Brothers garage area.
Officials say they found the woman on the east side of the tracks, near the north end of Jefferson Street. According to police, she was alert but had serious injures.
