Woman Safe After Reported Abduction in Lincoln County

Officials said they responded to the area around the Stanford Walmart around 9:30 to a report that a woman had been unwillingly forced into a car.

According to investigators, the suspects demanded a delivery of ransom money to a local church.

We’re told after the ransom was collected, the woman was dropped off with no injuries at another location.

Detectives are still investigating.
