Woman found passed out in car, child in back

FLAT LICK, Ky. (WTVQ) –Deputy Chad Wagner reported the arrest of 37 year old Tina Brown on February 26, after she was found passed out at the steering wheel in a parking lot.

Deputy Wagner says he received a complaint of a female passed out in front of a Dollar General in Flat Lick, and arrived to find a small child unrestrained in the back seat.

Deputy Wagner arrested Brown, charging her for driving under the influence, wanton endangerment, and posession of drug paraphernalia.

Police report Brown was lodged in the KCDC and the child was released to social services.
