Deputy slightly injured in collision with driver charged with DUI

NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Nicholasville Police arrested a woman after saying she drove recklessly in the middle of two lanes on Main Street, t-boned a sheriff’s car, then ran into a building on Main and Maple streets.

The deputy had minor injuries, according to investigators.  His name wasn’t released.

Deputies say Robin Terry was charged with DUI.

Traffic was backed up for a couple hours, but the road has since been reopened.
