Woman assaulted at Speedway on Winchester Road

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Police say a woman was assaulted at the Speedway at 900 Winchester Road by a man she knew.

According to police, a woman was assaulted early Friday morning, leaving her with a bruise and a cut over her eye.

She was taken to the hospital for treatment while police continue to search for the suspect.
