Woman arrested for stabbing assault

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Police have arrested a woman they say stabbed another person Tuesday.

According to police, the stabbing happened on Whitney Avenue on Tuesday morning.

Police say 41-year-old Shalonda Croley stabbed another person and admitted to the crime.

Police say she claimed self-defense, but they say they determined that to be false.
