Woman arrested for calling in bomb threat to Lexington business

LEXINGTON, Ky (WTVQ)- Police have arrested a woman they say called in a false bomb threat to a Lexington business where she worked.

Officers say around 6:30 P.M. Wednesday, they got reports of a bomb inside Galls on Russell Cave Rd. When they got there, they say there wasn’t a bomb.

After investigation, police arrested 25-year-old Kaithlyn Barnhouse, who police say is an employee at the store. They say she admitted to calling in the threat.

Barnhouse has been charged with 2nd degree terroristic threatening.
