Woman arrested after falsely reporting an incident in Laurel Co.

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested a woman after she falsely reported an incident.

Deputies say 41-year-old April Chandler complained about a disturbance at a home off Little Pittsburg Road. Upon arrival, deputies say there was no disturbance and Chandler was intoxicated. She also had outstanding bench warrants.

Chandler was taken to the Laurel County Detention Center.
