Woman Accused Of Trying To Sell Stolen UK Basketball Tickets

State Police said they received a complaint on Wednesday about a suspicious person at the Frosty Freeze Restaurant in the Bath County community of Midland.

Investigators said they determined Jackie M. Baty, 23, of Clay City, was trying to sell a stolen set of 2013-14 University of Kentucky Wildcat basketball tickets.

State Police said the tickets belonged to Baty’s neighbor, Donna R. Kirby, of Clay City.

Investigators said only tickets to the first game were missing out of the book.

State Police said Baty was charged with Receiving Stolen Property under $10,000.

She was lodged in the Montgomery County Detention Center.
