Woman Accused Of Assaulting Officer
A woman was arrested following a hit and run accident in Lexington but police said she didn’t go quietly.
Shenna Dansby, 20, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident on Euclid Avenue early Sunday morning.
Police stopped a vehicle matching the description of the one involved in the hit and run.
They said Dansby was the driver and when officers tried to arrest her, she kicked one of them.
Dansby is charged with assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and leaving the scene of an accident.
