Woman Accused of Having Indoor Marijuana Growing Operation

GREENSBURG, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Green County woman was arrested Tuesday at her home, accused of having an indoor marijuana growing operation, according to State Police.

Investigators say they followed-up on a complaint about a reported pot operation at a home on Edmonton Road in Green County.

State Police say a search of the home turned up 30-pounds of marijuana, grow lights and other drug paraphernalia.

57-year old Debra Caldwell, of Greensburg, was arrested and charged with Cultivating Marijuana (5 plants or more) 1st offense, Trafficking in Marijuana (more than 5 pounds) 1st offense and Possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was lodged in the Taylor County Detention Center.
