UPDATE: Second arrest in gas station shooting in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police have made a second arrest in connection to a shooting that happened last month outside a gas station, according to authorities.

Police say Tyler Mack was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Detroit Fugitive Apprehension Team on Tuesday.

Court documents say 23-year-old Aleah Davis drove the shooter to Thorntons on Redding Road.

Documents say Davis parked the car while the shooting suspect, identified as Tyler Jalen Mack, got out and started firing toward the gas station.

Police say the bullets missed three people outside but did hit vehicles, a gas pump and an awning on the building.

Documents say Mack then ran back to the car and drove off with Davis.
Davis is charged with wanton endangerment.

Investigators say Mack was served warrants from Lexington for Wanton Endangerment, Criminal Mischief and Felon in Possession of a Handgun. Mack is being held by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
