Winchester Takes Step Closer to Sunday Alcohol
City leaders in Winchester are one step closer to allowing restaurants and bars to allow alcohol sales on Sunday.
The city commission held the first reading of the ordinance Tuesday night.
The Clark County Fiscal Court will have their first reading on a similar ordinance for certain districts outside of the city on August 28th.
The city commission will hold their second reading on the ordinance September 3rd.
