Winchester Police Department announces new chief

WINCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Winchester Police Department has a new Chief of Police. According to the department, James Hall has been announced as the new chief.

The department says Chief Hall has served the citizens of Winchester since 1999 as a member of the department.
