Winchester Bypass Gets Funding

It’s been nearly 30 years but there’s money to finish the bypass around Winchester. 

$42 million is set aside in the state’s most recent Kentucky Highway Plan. 

The funding is for the southeast part part of the bypass.

It will run from Kentucky Highway 627 to 89.

The hope is to make Clark County is that the extension will relieve traffic.
