Willis wowing everyone

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Yet again, Derek Willis made Solid Blue fans shake their heads and clap in awe.

It’s not a crazy or unreasonable stat line, but it’s just enough to make a difference.

11 points, 6 rebounds, 2 steals and a block.

It’s not the numbers that stick out.  While they’re consistently good, it’s when Willis makes plays that’s really sticking out.  Like the fast break steal and slam against Georgia.

It’s developed Willis into more than just an off-the-bench-in-cleanup-time guy for sure.
