Whitley County Police search for cemetery vandalism suspects
WHITLEY COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The Whitley County Sheriff’s Department is investigating after several graves were vandalized at a local cemetery.
Deputies say someone painted messages on headstones and damaged multiple graves at Hamblin Cemetery on Michaels Road. The vandalism is believed to have happened sometime between Sunday afternoon and Tuesday morning.
At this time, investigators say they do not have any witnesses.
