“Wheels For Braden” Group Gives Family New Van
A seven-year-old boy in Nicholasville had a big wish granted Wednesday morning.
The family of first grader Braden Petrucci was given a new handicap accessible van. Braden suffers from Cerebral Palsy, and his mother struggled to get him around town with his wheelchair.
Staff at Warner Elementary School started a group called "Wheels For Braden," worked to raise $30,000 for the new van after Braden asked Santa for the van for Christmas.
