What Insight Customers Need To Know About Time-Warner’s Takeover

Time-Warner’s takeover of Insight Communications means changes for customers in Central Kentucky.

Time-Warner notified customers who have phone service through Insight that they will have to record a new voice mail greeting and set-up a new phone password.

Internet customers will have to complete a form to create a Time-Warner account.
