West Liberty Man Facing Sex Abuse Charges Involving Minor
State Police accuse a West Liberty man with sexual abuse involving a victim under the age of 12.
Police arrested 58-year-old William Howard Thursday at his mother’s home.
Police say his victims are family members.
Howard is in jail in Johnson County.
