Wayne County Deputy Arrested Again
A Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputy has been arrested for the second time in less than a week.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Danny Guffey was arrested Sunday and charged with assault and trespassing.
Last week he was arrested for reportedly assaulting his wife.
Guffey is on unpaid leave.
