Water shortage advisory for residents of Winchester

WINCHESTER, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A water shortage advisory has been issued in Clark County as officials work to address problems caused by recent cold weather.

The City of Winchester is urging residents to conserve water, citing low water levels in Winchester Utilities’ storage tanks. According to city officials, crews are actively searching for and repairing water main breaks and leaks to stabilize the water supply.
