Visitation, funeral arrangements for 13-year-old killed in golf cart crash
LINCOLN COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Family and friends are saying a final goodbye to a Lincoln County teenager who died in a golf cart crash.
According to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, 13-year-old Dawson Rapp was killed Sunday when the golf cart he was riding in went off South Fishing Creek Road near Waynesburg and overturned.
Rapp was a seventh grader at Lincoln County Middle School. His obituary says he loved playing football, basketball, and baseball.
Visitation for Rapp is scheduled for Thursday at 2 p.m. at Southern Oaks Funeral Home, followed by the funeral service at 4 p.m.
A GoFundMe account created to help the family cover funeral expenses has raised more than $4,000 so far.
