Virginia Man Biking to End Pediatric Cancer
Navid Attayan is on a college road trip, heading out from Virginia to San Diego.
However this road trip has a purpose.
Attayan is on his bike raising awareness about pediatric cancer, which he says the research for is underfunded as compared to other cancers.
Attayan is only stopping at children’s hospitals to meet with the children he’s riding for.
He says the journey to the West Coast will take him eight weeks and cover 3000 miles.
